Happy Spring!
Hopefully I’m not jinxing it by saying this, but it doesn’t look like we are getting much of a winter this year. My heart goes out to the struggling industries that depend on a good winter for good revenue, but I’m excited that this might mean a jump on real estate season. The thaw means abilities for property and septic inspections and ease of moving. It allows real estate shoppers better view of what they are buying. A booming real estate season allows me a chance to help people realize their goals of buying a home or investment property, or turning their investment property into liquid assets. It doesn’t hurt my feelings at all that title searches in Vermont involve beautiful drives to visit Town Offices around the state, either.
My babydog loves winter the most of all seasons, and I am missing time on the slopes, but I’m still already getting excited for spring and all that it brings!
