Believing in yourself and an ability to advocate for your client makes a great lawyer, an exceptional one.
A strong team, family or friends thriving by validating one another makes for a strong team. Not necessarily people who tell you that you are “right” all the time. Rather, people who hold our best interest at heart.
Practice with your on thoughts first when stress comes your way. Be aware of how your thoughts and stress changes when around others.
The research indicates the more we know about ourselves gives us a stronger capacity to overcome stressful situations.
